Last recommended order dates for Christmas and limited dispatches between 27th December 2023 and 2nd January 2024
In order to best manage customer expectations and avoid disappointment, we have published our recommended last orders dates below. Please note that the dates below are conservative recommendations and this does not mean that orders dispatched after the recommended dates below will not arrive in time Christmas but we are unable to guarantee it. We will continue to dispatch right up until the close of business on 22nd December
UK:
Cardboard Cutouts, T-shirts and Masks
We recommend placing last orders choosing FREE delivery by 3pm Tuesday 19th December. We strongly recommend opting for express delivery after this time to avoid potential disappointment.
Last orders choosing EXPRESS delivery is 3pm on Thursday 21st December.
We *may* be able to help with last minute orders placed after this time and please contact us at orders@starstills.com if you have an urgent delivery request and we will do our very best to help. We will continue to dispatch orders for in stock orders received after this time right up to close of business on 22nd December.
Photographs
Last orders for photographs (all sizes), canvases and framed prints is 5pm Tuesday 19th December. Orders for photographs received after this time may not dispatch until week commencing 25th December.
USA & CANADA:
Cardboard Cutouts
Last orders for express delivery cardboard cutouts is 3pm (GMT) Tuesday 19th December. We *may* be able to help with last minute orders placed after this time and please contact us at orders@starstills.com if you have an urgent delivery request and we will do our very best to help. We will continue to dispatch orders for cutouts received after this time right up the 22nd December where stock is available.
Please note that a limited number of smaller cutouts have Airmail and Priority Airmail options. Last orders for these delivery options is Friday 8th December.
T-shirts, Masks and Movie Posters
Last orders for t-shirts, masks and movie posters is 1pm (GMT) Friday 8th December choosing priority airmail.
For Express delivery, orders should be placed by 3pm (GMT) Tuesday 19th December.
Photographs
Last orders for photographs (all sizes) and framed prints is 1pm (GMT) Tuesday 5th December choosing priority airmail.
For Express delivery, orders should be placed by 5pm (GMT) Tuesday 12th December.
EUROPE:
Last orders for photographs (all sizes) and framed prints is 5pm (GMT) Tuesday 5th December.
Last orders for life size cutouts is 3pm Friday 15th December choosing economy delivery. For express delivery, last orders should be placed by 3pm on Monday 18th December.
Last orders for in stock movie posters (NOT photographs), t-shirts and masks is 1pm Tuesday 12th December.
Rest Of World:
Last orders for movie posters and photographs (all sizes) and framed prints is 1pm Friday 1st December.
Last orders for in stock life size cutouts is 3pm (GMT) Friday 15th December.

Owing to factory closures over Christmas, there will be limited dispatches between Christmas and New Year with full resumption of normal business 2nd January 2024.
