Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process and are based on the weight and size of your order.
Please note that we cannot deliver cardboard cutouts to PO BOX or military addresses such as BFPO. This also applies to smaller items where economy / express courier is chosen as the delivery method at the checkout.
Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the urgency of your delivery requirements however please always refer to the dispatch timeframe stated on our product pages since some products such as photographs and framed prints are produced to order and will take a few days before they are ready for dispatch.
Standard transit times are provided by the carriers on the basis of normal delivery conditions. Unforeseen delays due to customs and other factors beyond the carrier's control (e.g. inclement weather) may impact transit times.
Tips to avoid customs delays:
- Please ensure you provide accurate contact details including a telephone number.
- Many customs authorities now require a recipient's name on deliveries to commercial addresses. Stating only the business / company name with no named receiver, may result in your shipment being delayed by customs.
UK:
10x8", 14x11", 20x16" and 24x20" Photographs / Poster Prints / Framed Prints - all photographs, framed prints and enlargements are specially produced to order for each customer and are dispatched via Royal Mail. Please allow 5 - 7 working days from the date of placing your order for the delivery of photographic products.
Face Masks, T-shirts and Original Movie Posters - are dispatched within 1 working day via Royal Mail or economy courier (other premium options are available at the checkout). In the unlikely event any poster is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date.
Lifesize Cutouts - all in stock lifesize cutouts are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours during the working week. Free economy delivery takes place within 2 - 4 business days of shipment. Express deliveries are made within 1 - 2 business days of shipment.
Please note: Highlands and other areas classed as 'remote' - your order will be despatched via ParcelForce and will take up to 2 business days longer than non-remote areas. This applies to both economy and express services. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
Rest of world:

Express cutout shipping service to USA/Canada - all customers purchasing cutouts from the USA or Canada can enjoy express courier shipping as standard. 99% of deliveries take place within 24 hours from shipment - 2 business days at most.
