Batman V Superman Dawn Of Justice follows on from Zack Snyder's 2013 film Man Of Steel.  With Christian Bale relinqushing The Caped Crusader role to Ben Affleck, there is great interest in how the two actors portrayals will differ.  One thing is for sure, the dark tone set by Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy looks to have been carried through into this film and then some (judge for yourself by watching the teaser trailer on the video tab).  Wonder Woman and Aquaman will also be making their debuts in Batman V Superman Dawn Of Justice as the road is paved for the first Justice League film, also to be directed by Snyder.
