COVID-19 Update

Our service

As an online-only business, we are closely following guidance issued by the UK Government as set out on its official website. “Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal.” Official Website

We would like to reassure all customers that at the present time, we are continuing to dispatch all orders as normal. We are monitoring delivery times daily and currently there is little disruption to domestic and International courier services with service levels in line with normal expectations.  EU customers may notice a day or two longer delivery timescales due to new border checks as a result of Brexiit however this should ease in the coming weeks.

We would advise International customers that both Airmail and Priority Airmail services may take longer than usual - particularly to areas currently in lockdown where reduced services may be in operation.  Airmail services rely on commercial airlines to move mail around the globe.  With few commercial flights currently in operation, the mail services are using alternate means of transportation. Health and Hygiene

We have implemented special measures to ensure that our packing areas and other workplaces in our premises remain clean and safe for our staff. These include deep cleaning and regular swabbing of surfaces and equipment with disinfectant products. Many of our products are supplied to us in individual, pre-sealed packaging and all dispatched items leave our premises in a clean and dry condition, not conducive to the survival of viruses or other micro-organisms. Health and hygiene in relation to our staff and our customers is a priority.
