Your personalised masks are created from your supplied photograph. The quality of the finished product is dependent on the photograph you supply - for the best results please send us the highest quality image possible. 300 dpi resolution is recommended.
Please avoid sending photos taken from social media sites - these will have been heavily compressed and may not look good when enlarged.
If the photograph you have supplied is (in our opinion) not of sufficient quality we will inform you and it is entirely your decision whether you wish to proceed, cancel the order or submit an improved / alternative photograph.
In order to ensure you receive the best possible final product, by placing your order, you agree that we may make creative / artistic decisions on the production the final cutout.
We will send you a preview image of your mask prior to manufacture and confirmation that you wish to proceed. Once your confirmation is received, your order can no longer be cancelled.
You agree that all images submitted for producing personalised cardboard cutouts are your own or you have the necessary permission to use them for this purpose.
